Tim Burchfield, president of Maverick’s Landscaping & Lawn Service, Inc., has been serving the landscaping needs of Central Florida HOA, commercial, and residential locations since 1995.
Prior to starting the company, Tim worked at UPS. Loving the outdoors, he worked part-time on the weekends for a local landscaper. When UPS went on strike unexpectedly, Tim knew he needed to find a new career approach to provide for his wife and two young children at that time. Taking a leap of faith, Tim decided to leave UPS and begin his own landscaping company. Soon, he had his first customer.
Tim worked diligently to bring on more accounts, and his business soon began to thrive. Due to his efforts, he was able to hire more employees. Today, he has a full team of 15+ professionals who continue to be a part of the company year after year.
Tim has built his business on integrity and providing professional services consistently. Maverick’s Landscaping & Lawn Service, Inc. serves commercial and residential clients throughout Central Florida; some include Darden Restaurants, Hyatt Grand Cypress, Red Lobster, Chic Fil A, LPGA Renar and Keenes Pointe.
