Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Technician to join our team. As an Irrigation Technician, you will be crucial in maintaining and installing irrigation systems for commercial and residential locations, to ensure the health and vitality of landscapes throughout Central Florida.

Duties:
– Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems in gardens and landscapes.
– Perform regular inspections to identify leaks, malfunctions, or inefficiencies in irrigation systems.
– Adjust irrigation schedules based on weather conditions and plant requirements.
– Operate hand tools and power tools to excavate trenches, install pipes, and adjust sprinkler heads.
– Collaborate with landscaping teams to ensure proper integration of irrigation systems with overall landscape design.
– Provide recommendations through Maverick’s reporting system for upgrades or improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years experience as Irrigation Technician
– Proven experience in garden maintenance, lawn care, or landscape maintenance.
– Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems.
– Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for installation and maintenance tasks.
– Ability to dig trenches, build irrigation networks, and irrigate landscapes effectively.
– Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
– Must be able to pass a drug test.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Bilingual applicants are preferred to serve our diverse customer base.
– Previous experience in irrigation system installation and construction.
– Knowledge of a diverse range of irrigation systems and techniques.
